Conventional Prototyping

We offer complete services which includes machining, turning and vacuum forming processes to construct concept, engineering and marketing presentation models. We will work from simple sketches to final blue prints. All models will be finished to presentation quality. We will custom color match from any sample which is provided by the customer.

Rubber Molding Process

We will provide duplicate samples of either Conventional or Stereolithography models. Parts can be cast in any durometer urethane material which meets the customers'requirements. This is particularly effective when a small number of prototypes (I to 40 parts) in a material that closely resembles the injection molded product is needed for Design and Marketing testing.

Epoxy Injection Molding

Epoxy Injection Molding is a cost efficient system we offer which allows us to provide customers with injection molded samples using either Conventional or Sterolithography models in the mold development process. Unlike other injection molding systems using prototyypes for mold construction, size limitation is not an issue. Depending on the integrity of the design, approximately 100 samples in a wide variety of plastics can be expected from each mold.
